许洁，管理学博士，同济大学经济与管理学院讲师，同济大学可持续发展与新型城镇化智库研究员，美国马里兰大学公共政策学院高级访问学者。主要研究城市与社区可持续发展，循环经济，低碳经济，绿色转型与创新等。已经在《公共行政评论》,《经济纵横》等杂志上发表学术论文多篇，编著《可持续发展与治理》，《中国城市可持续发展绿皮书》等。

Jie Xue, Ph.D, Senior Lecturer in School of Economics and Management at Tongji University, Research Fellow in Think-Tank of Tongji University Sustainable Development and New-Type Urbanization, Advanced Visiting Scholar in School of Public Policy at Maryland University in USA. The study fields mainly focus on Sustainable Development of City and Community, Cyclic Economy, Low-Carbon Economy, Green Transformation and Innovation, etc. Many papers have been published in journals of “Public Administration Review”, “Economic Review”, etc. Published books include “Sustainable Development and Governance”, “Annual Greenbook for Sustainability of 35 Big Cities in China and 16 Cities in Yangze River Delta (2011-2012, 2012-2013)” etc.
